This Privacy Policy explains how Billorex GST ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Billorex GST (the "Service") at billorex.online.

1. Information We Collect

Account information — your email address, used for login via Firebase Authentication.
Business data — business profile, GSTIN, PAN, clients, suppliers, items, invoices, purchase bills, expenses, and payment records you enter into the app.
Usage data — basic technical information (browser type, device) needed to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service (invoice creation, GST calculation, reports, cloud sync).
To sync your data across your devices and team members (if you use multi-user features).
To process Premium plan payments (via Razorpay).
To communicate with you about your account or the Service, if necessary.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your business data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), a cloud database provided by Google. The app may also keep limited cached data in your browser for local operation and offline-support features. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Firebase — authentication and cloud database.
Razorpay — payment processing for Premium access. We do not store your card/bank details; Razorpay handles this directly.
Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and product-usage measurement, only after you allow analytics.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules, to restrict access to your data to you and members you explicitly invite to your business.

6. Your Rights

You can export a full backup of your data (Settings → Backup & Restore) at any time. You can permanently delete your account and associated sole-owner workspaces from Settings → Delete Account. Shared business data is protected until collaborators are removed. You may also contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Billorex uses browser storage such as localStorage and IndexedDB where needed to keep you logged in, remember your analytics preference, and support app functionality. The service worker provides an offline fallback page; it does not mean the complete application is guaranteed to work offline. Google Analytics storage is denied by default and is enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation remain denied; Billorex does not sell personal information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
