These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Billorex GST (the "Service"), operated by Billorex GST. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Billorex GST is an invoicing, GST calculation, and business-record-keeping tool. It helps you create invoices, track payments, and generate GST-related reports (such as GSTR-1/GSTR-3B style summaries).
Billorex GST is a record-keeping and calculation aid. It is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. GST reports generated by the Service are for your convenience and must be verified by you or your Chartered Accountant before filing with the GST department. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or losses arising from incorrect filings.
The Service offers a Free plan with a monthly invoice limit and paid Premium access that removes that invoice ceiling for the paid access period. Current plan limits, pricing and included tools are shown in the app.
Premium payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Premium does not auto-renew. A successful payment adds the advertised paid access period after any still-active trial or paid Premium time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including GSTIN, invoice details, and tax rates.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billorex GST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
